How do we do our training?
We do our training remotely. We use a free tool called NetMeeting which comes with every Windows computer. Using NetMeeting allows our computer to connect to your computer. When both computers are connected, we can see your computer’s desktop. We see what you see. We help you when you get stuck and don’t know where to navigate on the program. It is just like we are sitting next to you every step of the way. You don’t have to travel to a classroom and rearrange your business schedule. You schedule the time for us to train you. And what is nice about the training, you don’t have to leave your office and your computer.
Our goal is to save you time and money and train you on “What you need to know” and “When you need to know it”.
Don’t know what to ask for?
We have introductory packages for the beginner. We teach you everything you need to know to get started in less time that it takes you to attend an instructor-led class. It is at your own pace and at your skill level.
