Remote Custom Training
JRMC provides remote custom training tailored to your needs.
What does that mean? Let's break that down piece by piece.
remote:
 We provide remote training (meaning we stay in our office and you stay in yours). We save time and gas and so do you. We like saving time and money and assume you do too. Since we don't have that overhead - we don't build it into our prices.
With us, you actually pay for training - and not all that "other" stuff.
If you are more comfortable with a face-to-face meeting, and our schedules can accomodate you, then we'll be happy to meet with you, provided you pick up all travel expenses and pay us for our travel time ($125/hour). We know that's steep - but that is what it costs us to be on the road. So we came up with "remote training" to cut out all those costs.
 We'd love to meet you - really ... but who can afford it any more? Send us a picture and we'll tape it to our screen while we are in training. We will transmit live images of our trainer to your pc during key parts of the training so you can see what we look like. (Uhhh - that's a model on the left - not us)
We use the internet to connect our PC to yours using Microsoft's Netmeeting®. (Don't worry, if you have a PC running Microsoft Windows, then you already have it.). We can see what's on your screen just as if we were looking over your shoulder. If you have speakers and a microphone, then we can talk with you for free over the internet. If you don't, then we will call you and we'll conduct the verbal part of the training via phone.
 Notice: We cannot access your pc directly unless you give us permission - which under normal circumstances we don't ask for. We can only see what you let us see. Your pc and data are as safe as if we were sitting in a chair behind you looking over your shoulder.

That means you learn the parts of the application that applies to your business. And since we provide one-on-one training, there is no one else to slow you down. This also means that we won't be cancelling a class on you because there weren't enough participants. (We hate when that happens - don't you?)
You get to sit at your desk and run your application with your data. Wow - what a concept. Who needs XYZ Acme Company? We never could figure out what they actually did anyway. We look over your shoulder and listen to your needs and teach you what you need to know to run your business. Need to make pie charts but don't care a wit about pivot tables? Not a problem.
